The nice (and stressful) thing of having your child’s birthday close to Halloween is the being able to kill two birds with one stone. Saturday was quite successful with Mr. I dressing up as Buzz Lightyear – L. dressed up as Jessie and I went as Woody from Toy Story 2. We were quite the hit on the streets.
Sunday we celebrated his 3rd birthday at our house which was fun. Mr. I got a talking Buzz Lightyear doll and some classic toys (Lincoln Logs/Tinker Toys) to go along with some complicated marble racing games, Legos, airplanes, and racetracks. Should be a fun couple of weeks as we all sort it out.
Also, the playroom and basement are complete. So now, Mr. I has a lot of space for construction of huge racetracks and I can retreat to the basement to wipe out zombies in Resident Evil 4.
